Job Description
We run two businesses from one office on Kelly Douglas Rd: an electric delivery fleet and a shipping container yard. We need someone to help run the office.
What you’ll do
- Answer the phone and reply to emails
- Help customers — give quotes, take orders, book deliveries
- Send invoices and follow up on unpaid ones
- Use QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping
- Handle paperwork for drivers and customers
- Keep the office tidy and stocked
What we’re looking for
- Friendly on the phone and good at writing emails
- Organized — you don’t forget things
- Comfortable on a computer (we use QuickBooks and Google Docs)
- Office, customer service, or dispatch experience is a plus, not a must
