KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
Follow-up and resolves delivery issues via email or phone by customers, stores, and drivers.Compile and maintain Distribution Center statistics via review of delivery documents.Contacts and surveys delivery customers directly.Reviews upcoming delivery routes for to maximize delivery capacity and cost-effective routes.Order, receive, monitor and schedule parts for company and customer-owned merchandise being repaired before storage or delivery.Assist walk-in customers needing assistance with pick-up orders.SCOPE & IMPACT:
Supports the retail store locations within the established distribution region. The success of this role will be measured by the number of store or customer issues and the result of the resolution to the customer's or store's satisfaction.
