About the Role
As an Online Sales Professional in our Business Development Centre, you’ll manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through the online sales process. You’ll handle deposits, contracts, finance, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all incoming leads, triage and qualify for appointment bookings via EDM, phone, or web; allocate appointments to the in-store team.
Oversee retail car online sales including deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, delivery, and ensure price pledge compliance.
Conduct pre- and post-sales follow-up, qualify leads through customer-focused questions, and maintain communication throughout the buying journey.
Handle inbound/outbound call queues via PureCloud, manage social moderation, web chat, reputation, and Google reviews through Podium.
