As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across manufacturing operations. This position focuses on optimizing processes, improving labor efficiency, and eliminating waste through Lean Manufacturing and Carrier Excellence methodologies. Key Responsibilities
As an Opex Leader, you'll be responsible for:
• Applying continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies (Cx, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPS) to optimize processes and reduce waste
• Leading and developing cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving execution with a strong results-oriented mindset
