OverviewAs an Operational Excellence Manager (Opex Manager) at Phillips‐Medisize, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects that drive meaningful operational change, with a strong focus on cost reduction, production process optimization, and product quality assurance.Your role will be critical in establishing and sustaining a robust culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.Our TeamYou will be part of the Operations organization, reporting directly to the General Manager.You will work cross‐functionally and collaboratively with multiple plant areas, supporting and enabling teams in the deployment of continuous improvement methodologies and the development of organizational capabilities.What You Will DoPlan, develop, execute, and follow up on continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies.Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, resource optimization, and the elimination o...
