Doyle Blackfriars is a UK-headquartered company with an operational team in Spain. We're building the entrepreneurial growth system — working across the full startup ecosystem with founders, investors, institutions and governments to measurably shift the odds from startup failure to success.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations & Admin VA with bookkeeping experience to support our founder directly. This is a part-time remote contractor role — up to 20 hours per month (maximum €175/month | R3,290/month) — with genuine room to grow as the company scales.
What you'll own:
- Bookkeeping — building our financial system from scratch in Google Sheets across two entities (Spain and UK), tracking all income, expenses, receipts, payments and reimbursements, and preparing clean monthly summaries for our accountant
- Financial admin — liaising with our Spanish gestor monthly, supporting UK HMRC reporting
