Overview
The Operations Agent Import is responsible for coordinating and managing inbound international shipments,with primary focus on airfreight and courier imports, and occasionally road freight shipments. The role involves close coordination with overseas agents, airlines, courier networks, customs authorities,customers, and local transport providers to ensure efficient and compliant import processes. The OperationsAgent Import is responsible for accurate document handling, customs clearance coordination, shipmentmonitoring, customer communication, and final delivery arrangements. The successful candidate will maintain full visibility and control of shipments throughout the import processwhile delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with company procedures andregulatory requirements.
