We are looking for a customer‑centric operations analyst to join us on the 99Food Delivery team. In this role, you will work on cross‑functional strategic projects and support data analyses that shape our business strategy, including creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Creating SQL queries to help analyze business metrics;
- Doing A/B Tests regarding Marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision‑making;
- Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions;
- Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others);
