Position Summary
The Operations Analyst role supports high‑quality group advantages service delivery for assigned clients in a third‑party administrator environment. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with operational and contractual standards. Operations Analysts are expected to adapt effectively, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly within a global and virtual setting.
