Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume transactions (enrollments, billing, settlements, exceptions)
- Maintain and analyze large datasets; ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Lead data clean-up and resolve operational discrepancies
- Produce reporting and deliver actionable insights to support decisions
- Support system troubleshooting and drive process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
Must Haves
- 5 years in an operations/data analysis within high-volume environments
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
- Strong Power BI / Power Query reporting and dashboarding experience
- Experience in fast‑paced, transactional operations with exception handling
