Ops Application Support Specialist

As an Operations Application Support Specialist you will increase Operations efficiency by troubleshooting custom applications, assessing inefficiencies in application use, and driving continuous improvement projects.
This is an on‑site role located in Burnaby, BC. The position requires a rotating or variable schedule, including evening shifts, weekend coverage, and occasional statutory holiday work.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve user‑reported Operations issues (tickets).
- Conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent future incidents and improve efficiency.
