We're looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team in Terrace, BC. This self-managed role reports to the Branch Management Team and offers a mix of office-based work, field support, and travel, with the tools and flexibility to help you succeed.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000
Retention and Relocation Bonuses
- Retention Bonus: $3,000 after 6 months of continuous employment, for employees who reside in Terrace at the time of hire. Eligibility is based on satisfactory performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Relocation Bonus: $2,000 after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period, plus an additional $1,000 relocation allowance for employees who move to Terrace after accepting the position.
