Operations Lead, Transportation – Beauharnois, Quebec
- Full Time
- Sunday to Thursday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating
- Provide regular reports on transportation performance and key metrics (SLAs) to operations leadership
- Use tools including scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies
- Daily submission and completion of all required documentation accurately
- Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates
