Job Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day service delivery across multiple sites and teams. This role is responsible for keeping operations aligned, teams supported, and client needs executed with consistency and urgency.
This is not a desk‑only leadership role. The right person will be a practical operator who can manage scheduling, deployment, compliance, and field support while also coaching frontline leaders and improving how work gets done. If you enjoy building structure, simplifying processes, and mentoring people in a fast‑moving environment, this role may be a strong fit.
