Operations Manager (Electronic Industry) (Tijuana)

Responsible for managing the full operational performance of the plant in Mexico, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, corporate standards, production targets, quality, profitability, and applicable regulations.

• Lead planning, facility improvements, and equipment acquisition, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.
