As a Operations Manager, your main responsibilities are:
Coordinate all daily activities, including employability programmes and the academy. Mentor, and support local team members.Track programme progress by monitoring KPIs, collecting data, and preparing regular updates and reports to ensure full transparency and compliance.Drive partnership development with local companies, including tailor-made courses and sponsor packages.
