The Operations department is composed by 6 departments: Supply (purchase and import of lubricant and fuels), Stocks (management of stock levels and gains/losses), Logistics (documentation for loading trucks, management of relations with storage depots), Transport (management of road transport of lubricants and fuels), Consignment depots (B2B storage facilities managed by TotalEnergies Marketing Moçambique), Technical (in charge of maintenance and projects at our service stations).The Operations department performs the day-to-day operations for its internal customers: Network (B2C) and General Trade (B2B) and needs to comply with mandatory internal controls and Compliance.
