Operations Officer Payment Services M/F

Must have skills:

• Ideally12+ months of financial services experience within (Back officeoperation/ settlement / corporate actions, etc.)
• Securities knowledge (Could be from CSC and or banking industry experience)
• Excel (Pivot tables, Chart manipulation, Basic Formulas)
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of SWIFT messages type (especially 56Xfor corporate action and/or54Xfor settlement)
• French skill is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Custody:Payment services
• Collect instructions received and process them in accordancetothe procedures and compliance rules
• Manage transaction records history andmaintainarchives for audit purpose
• Book operations inside clientaccount andreconcile them
• Update database and internal repositories linked to his activity
• Chase the other internal department who shouldtake actionin regards of client instruction execution ...
