Summary
As an Operations Professional based at Square One Mall, you will deliver exceptional client service while supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and daily store operations. You will execute operational tasks, reconcile inventory, and partner with client advisors and management to create memorable in-store experiences. The role also supports store sales targets by enabling efficient processes and generating opportunities through client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers following company procedures.
- Clean and care for jewelry and merchandise, and process jewelry repairs.
- Supervise and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
