Lead safe facility operations as a Shift Manager at Stelco in Nanticoke, Ontario. Oversee utilities, personnel, and operational efficiency in a permanent, full-time position.
As an Operations Shift Manager, you will report to the Area Manager and play a key role in maintaining safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising operators, applying problem-solving techniques, and developing preventive maintenance programs. You'll also conduct safety conversations and manage administrative tasks related to staff and operations.
