Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this position (Ops Specialists) is to coordinate and plan the customer orders/shipments in accordance with the agreed account scope, and to handle all customer inquiries regarding visibility and status of shipments, complaints, and ad‑hoc requests. The role ensures acceptable customer satisfaction, business growth, productivity improvement, and collaboration across the various business parties involved.
