We’re hiring a Operations Specialist to support clients, resolve inquiries, and manage office tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Hours: Various shifts - Must be flexible
Duties Include
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation for small parcels and service-related parts
- Coordinate the movement and tracking of HVAC surplus materials between 2 sites
- Prepare paperwork and organize courier pickups and deliveries as required
- Oversee and liaise with third‑party contractors for building repairs and upgrades, including HVAC, electrical work, locksmith services, pest control, and fire protection systems
