Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Customer Service – Model exceptional customer service standards, support clientele and NPS goals, serve as first point of contact for customer issues, process employee purchases and oversee staff package administration.
- POS & Cash Services – Process all types of transactions accurately, monitor POS and LP compliance, review audit results, train associates, manage daily cash handling and troubleshoot discrepancies.
