Key Responsibilities
Promotion of IRS and ensuring HSEC objectives for Kidd Operations employees are met.
Implementing improvement strategies to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
Coordinating with the Maintenance Superintendent to ensure appropriate time is afforded for preventative maintenance strategies.
Working with the Lead Metallurgist to ensure that the operation both maximizes and optimizes metallurgical results, while meeting budget levels of consumption of reagents and media.
Setting performance expectation rates for forecast, schedule and daily execution.
