Job Description
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of assigned teams and ensuring operational activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with client expectations, service standards, and company policies.
This role serves as the first level of operational leadership, driving team performance, productivity, quality, and employee engagement while supporting the achievement of service levels, KPIs, and operational objectives.
