Operations Training Lead (In-Person & Virtual)

Menlo Ventures in Mexico is seeking a Training Specialist to provide advanced training to internal operations teams. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of training experience. Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, mentoring employees, and conducting training needs analysis. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, onsite position that involves collaboration with various teams within the organization.
