Job Description
This role will provide you the opportunity to work on projects across the Maritimes as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safe use of power tools and other demolition tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Material handling using forklifts or other equipment as needed.
- Familiar with safe lifting and rigging practices.
- Checking equipment to ensure inspections have not expired.
- Provide prompt and superior customer service.
- Exhibit and foster a commitment to our safety culture.
Qualifications
- Trade Certification in Welding/Steel Fitting with valid tickets/certifications
- Journeyperson or Red Seal are considered an asset
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience with rigging
- Specialty tickets (aluminum, stainless, pipe, etc.) are considered an asset
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license
