We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer to join our clients team in supporting enterprise-level HR data integration and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SOA to design and deliver scalable data integrations. This role is crucial to enabling seamless data transfer between Oracle HCM Cloud and analytics platforms like Microsoft Azure and Visier.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and map Oracle HCM Cloud data structures to align with Visier HR Analytics objects and fields.
Design, develop, test, and deploy data extracts using BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SOA.
Format and transform data into CSV, XML, or JSON to support ingestion into external analytics tools.
