Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM modules and be capable of handling end to end project delivery, client interactions, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Work on system setup, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Provide support for Oracle HCM processes, including issue resolution and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders for seamless process integration.
