We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Benefits modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Absence and Benefits processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.
- Support data validation, system testing, and issue resolution.
