Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist.
What you'll do
- Verifies customer, order, and item information for accuracy and completeness through reviewing quotes and purchase orders, clarifying discrepancies, and checking catalog numbers for accuracy.
- Identifies, understands, and processes variances in orders to ensure proper information is entered, including product groupings, reserve production planned line items, consignment, and credit card orders.
- Maintains close communication with other departments to solve issues related to pricing and quoting.
- Enters correct customer shipment and notification requirements, applies proper sales credit and commission payment rates to orders, and reviews orders for completeness following the order entry checklist.
