Conduct operating model and organizational design, including:

Conduct current state analysis

Develop operating models in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including capability frameworks and service delivery models

Collaborate with relevant business leaders to develop high level organizational structures that meet capability requirements, including preparing design options, testing against design criteria, and aligning leadership around design selection and implementation
