Organizational Development and Indigenous Engagement Research Intern – Sudbury
Compensation: $39,130 per year. One‑year internship, starting ASAP.
Overview
Science North is Canada’s second and eighth largest science centres. The internship supports initiatives to strengthen diversity and enhance attraction and engagement of Indigenous applicants and employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating current human resources practices and develop strategies to create a more welcoming and inclusive workplace for Indigenous candidates.
- Review and analyze existing recruitment processes, including job descriptions, qualification criteria, and other hiring aspects that may affect accessibility for Indigenous applicants.
