The Organizational Development Coordinator, Learning & Development supports the delivery of Day & Ross’s enterprise learning and development programs through effective coordination, administration, and participant support. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, this role works closely with the OD team, HR, and business leaders to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience.

This position is responsible for coordinating program logistics, maintaining learning systems, and supporting the execution and delivery of leadership and employee development initiatives.
