Design, implement, and monitor organizational development strategies, policies, and programs that strengthen culture, foster talent, and ensure the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development Strategy Define and implement development strategies that align organizational culture, structure, and processes with corporate goals. Policies and Procedures Design, update, and ensure compliance with organizational development policies and procedures across all areas of the company. High-Potential Talent Development Identify high-potential employees and coordinate leadership programs, career paths, and training initiatives to support their growth.
