The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a good understanding of financial processes. Key Responsibilities Generate and validate customer invoices as per contracts/agreements Manage end-to-end AR process including billing, collections, and cash application Apply customer payments (checks, wire, ACH) accurately in ERP systems Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Follow up with customers for outstanding invoices and overdue payments Handle disputes, deductions, and short payments Maintain aging reports and track collection targets Ensure timely month-end closing activities (AR reporting, accruals) Collaborate with inte...
