Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy Outreach Systems & Campaign Manager to build, manage, and optimize large-scale outreach systems. This role focuses on executing high-volume email campaigns and establishing partnerships with government organizations, Indigenous centers, and large institutions across Canada. This is not a basic administrative role. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and capable of building systems that drive real business outcomes particularly securing high-value partnerships and long-term contracts.
Scope of Work
- Build, launch, and manage bulk email outreach campaigns using structured templates and messaging
- Identify and research target organizations (government, corporate, Indigenous centers, institutions)
