Rexel in Oakville seeks an Outside Sales Representative to spearhead client acquisition and sales growth in the electrical distribution sector. Build and manage relationships effectively.
This position in the Nedco division requires you to prospect new accounts and devise strategies to drive sales with current customers. You will engage in regular client visits, ensuring all sales efforts are logged in the company CRM, while attending team strategy meetings to align with your Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and onboard new accounts in the sector
• Create plans to elevate sales within existing accounts
• Conduct frequent visits to maintain account coverage
• Build an opportunity pipeline for sales objectives
• Document all activities in the CRM consistently
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven relationship management skills
• History of meeting sales targets
• Effective communication with customers
