Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative – promote sales to existing customers and generate new sales for Northern Strands, a Saskatchewan-based company serving the construction and mining industries.
Responsibilities
- Generate and prepare quotes for customers after gathering the appropriate information regarding costs of products, services, and timelines.
- Build strong customer relations and maintain customer confidence and satisfaction.
- Identify markets, industries, or businesses that can be serviced by Northern Strands.
- Prepare sales plans for servicing new customers or gaining a market percentage.
- Participate in tradeshows and seminars and follow‑up with contacts created through those events.
- Meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss their needs and requirements.
