Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Packing & Loading Operator to join our cement manufacturing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cement packing machines, bulk loading systems, and automated palletizing/loading equipment (Caricamat or similar systems) while ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted dispatch operations. The role also involves routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance support, quality control, and accurate shift documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cement packing machines and ensure smooth packing plant operations.
- Operate and monitor bulk cement loading systems for tanker dispatch.
- Operate automated palletizing and loading systems (Caricamat or equivalent) for bagged cement dispatch.
- Monitor truck loading activities to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Conduct quality inspections on filled cement bags, pallets, and loading equipment.
