Painter – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Renfrewshire & Glasgow | Up to £22.00 per hour (CIS or PAYE Umbrella) | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to join a busy and growing team carrying out repairs and maintenance within social housing across Renfrewshire, Glasgow, and surrounding areas.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with a company vehicle following a successful probation period.
The Role
* Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating within occupied social housing properties
* Completing responsive repairs and maintenance works
* Supporting void properties when required
* Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting company performance standards
* Using the simPRO job management system to record jobs and progress
