Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Paralegal to join the Employment and Labour Law group in its Montréal office.
Our national Employment and Labour Law team, which includes more than 80 lawyers across the country, represents private and public sector employers throughout Canada. The team regularly advises on provincial matters, as well as leading cases at the federal level. From the Montréal office, we advise our clients and represent them before the courts, and quasi-judicial and administrative tribunals, in both of Canada’s official languages.
The role
- Conduct in-depth legal research using multiple databases;
- Draft memoranda to share the results of research conducted;
- Participate in the drafting and dissemination of legal bulletins and other internal communications to keep the group informed of legislative and case law developments;
