Overview
AtkinsRéalis is seeking to hire a Paralegal to support internal clients with contract reviews, risk assessment, and various legal matters across a range of engineering projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and commenting on various types of agreements related to new business opportunities. In addition, the selected candidate will be involved in initiatives in the legal team, e.g., testing legal technology and tools, creating and updating templates, and working on our legal department intranet pages.
Your role
- Review various types of contracts and documents, including request for proposals, service agreements, subcontracts, NDAs.
- Provide detailed comments and recommendations. Draft contractual clauses based on templates.
