Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate shoppers about AE and Aerie products
• Introduce AEO loyalty program benefits
• Assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve customer concerns following store policies
Requirements:
• Passion for customer interaction and service
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old
