In this contract position, you'll report to the Farm Supervisor and play a critical role in crop production across our 2-acre farm. Your responsibilities include planting, maintaining, and harvesting seasonal crops while leading a crew in daily operations to deliver high-quality vegetables to customers and Harvest Share members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the annual farm plan with the Farm Supervisor
• Lead and organize a crew in daily farming tasks
• Monitor planting and harvesting calendars effectively
• Track and log all farm production activities
• Prepare the farm for winter by clearing fields
