Position Overview
We are looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the teams that power Moneris' operations across Canada. In this role, you’ll lead full‑cycle recruitment for our operations portfolio that includes class hiring for Customer Experience (CEx) roles, as well as hiring for field services (MFS), warehouse, and corporate operations teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs, bring structure to the hiring process, and deliver talent that helps their teams succeed. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment, can manage multiple priorities and hiring manager expectations, and is excited to grow within a supportive, continuously evolving team.
