You will provide technical, partner-facing support to hospitality integration partners, including customers and technology providers, as they build, launch, and maintain integrations with Lightspeed Hospitality products.
This role supports partners across all stages of the partnership lifecycle and acts as a trusted technical point of contact for questions related to APIs, integration architecture, and hospitality-specific workflows. The Integration Specialist ensures partners receive high-quality guidance, timely support, and a strong overall experience working with Lightspeedâs hospitality platform.
