3+ years' experience in Parts Department Operations or similar experienceAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsAbility to understand financial principles relative to Parts Department operationsAbility to analyze and interpret internal reportsComfortable working independently, as well as part of a teamAbility to work extended hours and weekends in peak seasonExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's license
