Our client in Maputo is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join their team within the Mining Sector.
Responsibilities
Identify, promote, and sell genuine CAT parts and components to existing and prospective customers.Accurately identify parts using Caterpillar electronic parts catalogs (SIS), equipment model numbers, and serial numbers.Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions in accordance with company policies.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.Provide customers with basic technical advice regarding part selection, compatibility, and application.Generate new business opportunities through market prospecting, customer visits, and networking.
