Pastoral Inclusion Room Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (full-time)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Room Support to join our pastoral team . This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive environment within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inclusion room, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
Implement strategies to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students with diverse needs.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop individualized support plans for students requiring additional assistance.
Provide guidance and support to students experiencing behavioral challenges, promoting positive behavior management techniques.
